Serena - I'm glad - when I love a book that much, I worry that I won't be able to adequately describe how wonderful it is!

Jackie - I think I took each storyline separately - I didn't really expect them to converge - and even though the siege wasn't over, each one of them had wrestled with somethin within themselves and come to a conclusion of sorts. But yes, it wasn't your typical story-arc novel. I agree - the writing was amazing!
