This has been a great week for discussions – I don’t think I have seen so many good ones in one week before!
I really want to read The Magicians too!
Jackie (Farm Lane Books)´s last blog ..The Voluptuous Delights of Peanut Butter and Jam – Lauren Liebenberg
Jackie – I admit to being a total Harry Potter fan-girl, so when I heard The Magicians described as HP for grown-ups, I got very excited!
You found some great posts! Thanks for the link to my review.
Kathy´s last blog ..Review: Inglourious Basterds
Kathy – you’re welcome! Have a great weekend.
Thanks for including mine Carrie. Good luck! By the way I’m late mailing The Local News but it’s coming…
Darlene´s last blog ..Guest Post & Giveaway with Amanda Grange, Author of Mr. Darcy, Vampyre
Dar – No problem – I know how that goes. I have had some wins that were mailed by the publisher that took a couple months, so I don’t get impatient anymore.
I always like reading your link list. I’m off to see Carrie Ryan’s post because I just reviewed her book.
Beth F´s last blog ..Awards! Creative Rock ‘n’ Roll
Beth – I enjoyed her book very much – looking forward to the sequel!
I left a comment on here earlier…did it disappear in moderation land? Oh well, I will comment again. I was just going to say that the discussions at Jackie’s blog were pretty intense. Then Simon @ Savidge Reads published a post telling us that he got slammed for his punctuation! Sheesh, people! I made the critical error of replying to Simon that the punctuation police need to get a life, then said police sent ME an e-mail assuring me they DID have a life. I just shake my head! The drama! The controversy!
Sandy´s last blog ..Did Not Finish: The Yearling – Marjorie Kinnan (audio)
Sandy – I know – there has been a lot of drama in book blogging land lately. I received an ugly comment on my review of Wings, but I didn’t even have to defend myself – my blogging friends did it for me. The ugliness gets very old, though.
These are great links! Thanks for pulling them together!
rhapsodyinbooks´s last blog ..Review of “Twenty Boy Summer” by Sarah Ockler
Rhapsody – you’re welcome.
I so wanted to read Shiver! And I’ve The Seamstress in my pile! September will be a good month for me because a few books which I want will be released then!
Melody´s last blog ..Mailbox Monday
Melody – my poor list is just growing so fast I’ll never read them all!
