~ I’m a huge movie musical fan, and I adore Hugh Jackman, so the news that he will play P.T. Barnum in an upcoming musical made me very happy.
~ Win a copy of Hannah Montana: The Movie at my personal blog, Mommy Brain.
~ TV and Book Addict has some first look pictures of the Volturi from New Moon.
~ Clive Owen is another favorite. Here’s the trailer for his latest:
~ Who says women can’t have a full career in Hollywood after age 50? Meryl Streep is on a huge roll:
~ I haven’t read Alice Sebold’s The Lovely Bones, but the trailer for the film adaptation looks amazing:
~ For those of you who (like me) enjoy dystopian and apocalyptic books and film, The Book of Eli, starring Denzel Washington and Gary Oldman, looks like a must-see:

Loved these and I’m excited about The Lovely Bones.
I’ve read Lovely Bones, Lucky, and Almost Moon and reviewed them on my blog. ( http://readingssexy.com/?tag=alice-sebold ) I’m most interested in this film adaptation because there are a few things that Sebold does as a writer that are very much her own. Though each of those three books is quite different (Lucky is actually a memoir), her voice is strong. As a write, I really admire her. I can’t wait to see how it translates to film.
