I’m in Trenton, New Jersey. I’ve just quit my job as a bounty hunter and am working for Mama Macaroni at the dry cleaners. (Eleven on Top)
And I’m in Boston. I’ve just realized that I’m still in love with the Countess Olenska, even though I married the guileless May Welland. (Age of Innocence, Edith Wharton)
I’m also at Frasier’s Ridge, North Carolina, excited about my first successful attempt to grow penicillin. (The Fiery Cross, Diana Gabaldon – on audio)

I have no recollection of chicken fryer burns. Maybe they all blend together for me! And it seems that you are advancing quickly in The Fiery Cross. I finished it and quickly launched into Shadow of the Wind, a nice hefty 17 discs!

Sandy – Isn’t it funny that after an Outlander book, an audiobook of 17 books seems refreshingly short? I’m going to take a break from Jamie and Clare and listen to the last Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants book- I want to know how the series ends.
Interesting teasers both. Happy reading!
