Belle - I've had to read a few, but my library has almost all of them on either CD or for download. Though the first few had a different reader - she was good, too, but now I'm used to King.

I've gotten to the point where I just can't think about a Stephanie Plum novel in any format other than audio. Lorelei King just is Stephanie Plum to my mind, and her Lulu and Grandma Mazur are such a treat. Connie, too! Your bullet list of points brought back my memories of this one. And I love Lulu and Tank as a couple, too!

Haha the exploding beaver! I remember that happening and thinking only in a Stephanie Plum novel could that possibly happen.

I took the same approach in reviewing the third Harry Potter! Bullet points baby! When you listed the highlights in this book, it brought it all back to me. I do so hope they make Stephanie Plum into a movie. They were talking about it forever, but had said they were thinking about using Reese Witherspoon as Stephanie, and I almost threw up. NO. Casting is critical.

Another random thought...last Christmas did you see the 12 days of Christmas spoof they did on the Stephanie Plum novels? Somebody on the blogs featured it. Priceless.
