Book Giveaway: The Purloined Boy by Mortimus Clay

Last week, I finished reading The Purloined Boy, the first book in The Weirdling Cycle, aloud to my four kids. They loved it as much as I did the first time I read it – they were riveted as I read the last chapter, and there were groans all around when they realized that they will have to wait for book two, The Quest for the Fey Brand, to be released to find out what happens to Trevor next.
I left a message for Mortimus Clay at his web site, asking if there was any news on a release date for book two. He responded, saying that he is writing as fast as he can, but no date yet, although today his site says possibly by Easter next year.
Anyway, in the e-mail, he did something wonderful – he offered to let me give away three copies of The Purloined Boy to my readers! Tomorrow is my birthday, and what better way to celebrate than to give some books away?!
Trust me, you want to read this book. Your kids will want to read this book. I know, I’ve become a Weirdling Cycle evangelist, but I can’t help it – I loved how well-written this book was. I loved the symbolism, the world, the characters – all of it.
