Right now, I am almost finished with two books: Things That Make Us (Sic) by Martha Brockenbrough and Now and Then by Jacqueline Sheehan. Both good, but have been too distracted to just sit and read – plus I spent so much time offline this past week, I’ve been trying to catch up on my Google Reader and get some Twitter time in before it’s back to normal routines tomorrow.
What are you reading on this first Sunday of the year?

It does sound like you had a good reading month, Carrie. I am spending a part of today trying to catch up on my Google Reader–I was all caught up last night and suddenly it’s overflowing again. It’s never ending. LOL At least I have fit in some quality time with my book too. There’s hope I’ll finish it yet.

Wendy – I know! I finally gave up and cleared my reader, but then haven’t had time to get to it again in a couple days and it’s back up over 500 posts!

That is an insanely great month Carrie! I was SO distracted this month. It took me nearly two weeks to read Fingersmith (even though it was very long) and just finished it tonight. I’m on to The Art of Racing in the Rain…

Sandy – you’ll have to let me know what you think – I’m not much of a dog person, so I’ve decided to pass on that one.
Wow, you had a great reading month! I wish I had been as successful. I had a great big pile of books I wanted to read, but didn’t get to a few of them.

Amanda – I think one of the reasons I read so much is that they were YA titles – the kind of books that grab you right away and then you don’t want to put them down!
