    And the review of The Guards. I’ve been wanting to read it for a while, but our library doesn’t have. I guess I’ll just have to break down and get from interlibrary loan or maybe buy at some point.

      Amy – I agree wholeheartedly! I don’t think he’s much of a fiction reader – I can’t remember ever seeing a fiction review on his site. I think the points he made apply just as well to fiction, though.

  4. Thanks for posting the link to the Greg Mortensen story! I have that book on my shelf waiting to be read, and I’m glad I didn’t quite yet. I’ve set my DVR for the 60 Minutes special on it tomorrow night… will be very interested to see what they have to say!
