Oooh I agree — very cool covers! Maybe I’ll track covers in 2014. I’ve never done that before.

Candace – Goodreads makes it easy to go back and look at the covers of all the books you’ve read over the year.

  2. Great idea to do favorite covers! I also like the Kephart a lot!

Rhapsody – Thanks. :) Beth Kephart has great luck with her covers, that’s for sure!

What a great idea. I never keep track of stuff. I might start out in January, but by about March I am lucky I have a list of what I have read.

Kelly – In 2012, I kept a huge spreadsheet of book stats, but I didn’t keep up with it this year, and I decided life was too short to go back and try to complete it in the next few days. I’ll be happy with knowing how many books I read. :)

  4. cool idea for a post and I love the covers you’ve chosen!

I think Beautiful Ruins is the best cover EVER.

I love the Beautiful Ruins cover, too. Great choices!

  8. I love looking at covers. I think my favorite is The Curiosity. I know we aren’t supposed to judge books by their covers, but sometimes it’s the covers that first attract us to the books.

Wendy – I was just talking about this with a nurse at my doctor’s appointment – how it is the cover that will cause me to pick a book up, or else pass it by.
