~ C.B. of Ready When You Are, C.B. is hosting the TBR Double Dare from January 1st through April 1st. The object is to limit yourself to reading books already residing on your shelves by December 31st for the first three months of 2012. You can purchase books in that time, but not read them until after April 1st. I am seriously considering this – and wondering if I can actually do it.

~ Candace at Beth Fish Reads is hosting What’s in a Name 5 for 2012. This has been one of my favorite challenges for the past couple of years, and I will definitely be participating again next year. Click over to check out the great categories she came up with.

~ Max Irons, son of Jeremy Irons, has been cast as Jared in the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s The Host.
