Challenge host: Book Journey
Challenge time frame: January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012
Challenge commitment: Try to read a book set in each of the 50 states (bonus points for a drawing are available for reading in other countries, as well)
Sheila, the challenge host, has a really cool Google map where she keeps track of her reading. I had been considering this challenge for a while, but the map looked complicated and time-consuming, and kept me from joining. Then, I read in the challenge sign-up post that participants can choose to simply keep a list of the 50 states and add titles of books as they go. That sounded more up to my speed, so I decided to jump in.
