This is a great idea! I’ve read a bunch. Right now I am reading Neal Joridan’s Shade.
I have also read Joseph O’Connor’s Ghost Light, The Secret Scripture Sebastian Barry and On Cannaan’s Side Sebastian Barry, Oh Play that Thing and Dead Republic by Roddy Doyle, The Story of Lucy Gualt, William Trevor. I hope that it counts that I listen to these as audiobooks! I walk and drive alot for work so I listen in the car and while I am walking.! I LOVE Irish Lit!!

Great and by the way….Erin Hart is not listed on your list of Irish Books, She has the “Nora Gavin Series and has just released her newest. The Book of Killowen. The others Lake of Sorrow, Haunted Ground, False mermaid were very good.
Another Author Adrian McKinty has a series of books about the IRA and paramilitary forces in Northern Ireland. Very good author who I have read quite a bit!

Kim – I have heard a lot of good things about Erin Hart! My review database is only a list of reviews of Irish fiction that people have done for the challenge. As soon as someone reviews one of her books, she’ll end up on the list.
